These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and PicTables Ltd, a company registered in England.
By accessing or using the PicTables website, platform, or any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
If you are using PicTables on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to “you” include both you personally and that entity.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
PicTables provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables restaurants and food service businesses (“Restaurant Operators”) to manage table reservations, bookings, and guest relationships. The platform is accessible via our website and associated applications.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
PicTables reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services provided we give adequate advance notice.
Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. PicTables reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion, particularly where we suspect a violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
Business accounts: Restaurant Operators are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform — including use by their staff — complies with these Terms and all applicable laws, including data protection legislation.
PicTables operates on a subscription model with a fixed monthly fee. Unlike many competitors, we charge no per-cover commissions. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to collect payment again. If payment remains outstanding after 14 days, we reserve the right to suspend access to the platform until the overdue amount is settled.
You agree to use PicTables only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, and may expose you to legal liability.
All intellectual property rights in the PicTables platform, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, logos, content, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to PicTables Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, PicTables grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes.
Your content: You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant PicTables a limited licence to use, store, and process it solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
The “PicTables” name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks of PicTables Ltd. You must not use our trademarks in any way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PicTables shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to PicTables in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time by giving written notice to the other. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, disputes, and any accrued rights shall survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve the matter informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly by our support team.
